Intuitive Design began from square one; determining the needs and goals of the end user by constructing and implementing a design with a strategic information architecture that allowed for intuitive and exciting navigation through the applications various menus while guiding the user through information that easily presented the products' functions.
The results of the application showed to be extremely effective within the sales department. Pitney Bowes utilizes the Intellilink application as a key training program for educating sales members.
